This is Therese Neumann. She was a german catholic nun and allegedly a stigmatic. In 1918, she reportedly first got paralyzed and then lost her eyesight due to household accidents. This caused her to become bedridden for prolonged periods of time, where she developed gruesome bedsores, sometimes exposing her bones, obviously leading to great psychological distress and exhausting pain.
During this hard-hitting ordeal, Therese reported that her eyesight was restored in 1923, and later even her paralysis and her bed sores were healed. She ascribed these phenomena to her Lord and his saints.
Later she developed stigmata. She found herself subject of re-occuring divine revelations and visions. She was reported by a variety of people to have uttered phrases in ancient Aramaic - the language of Christ. She apparently even understood the biblical tongues of Hebrew, Greek and Latin; she claimed to have consumed no other food than the Holy Eucharist from the year 1922 until her death in 1962. She also claimed to have drunk not a single drop of water from 1926 until her death.
Some skeptics have pointed out behaviorial tendencies pointing to insanity of some sort, and that she may have used her menstrual blood in order to fake her stigmatic wounds.
